extensive experience in recipe development, therapeutic foods and cooking for health. I can
help you learn how to eat for awesome energy by having a blast in the kitchen.

For the last hour, enjoy a creative and fun Potted Herb Workshop. Herbs not only add to a delicious meal but they also make a wonderful green accent for the home.
Join us in making a fresh planter of mixed herbs like basil, rosemary and mint. Sit the planter on your kitchen window sill and use the herbs in your everyday cooking.

Terms & Conditions
Registration and payment for any workshop or cooking class is non-refundable. Due to the class size and nature of the courses we will not be able to refund you, should you not attend the class. However, you may transfer the class. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to find someone to come in your place. If you are unable to find someone to come in your place, we cannot offer you a make-up class or transfer you to another workshop.
