Everyone needs some smoothie inspiration every once in awhile! Smoothies are the fastest and easiest way to sneak in the maximum amount of nutrition in just a few steps! Most of the time I throw everything and anything into my blender, cross your fingers and toes in hopes to get a delicious tasting, and bright colour looking smoothie! The reality is, the majority of my smoothies look like a brown sludge and sometimes taste awful. I drink them anyways nonetheless and feel good about what I am fuelling my body with! However, sometimes it is nice to pull out an old faithful and have a delicious and beautiful looking smoothie! If thats the case, I've got you covered! Banana Power Chai Smoothie

Ingredients
1 frozen banana
½ avocado
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp hemp seeds
2 Medjool dates pitted
1 tsp chia seeds
½ inch ginger
Handful of spinach or kale
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/8tsp cloves
1 cup almond milk

½ cup raspberries

¼ cup unsweetened coconut
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tsp sesame seeds

1 cup almond milk/water
1 tbsp almond butter
Strawberry Cheesecake

1/3 cup cashews
1-2tbsp protein powder (natural tasting or vanilla would be good)
½ lemon, juiced
¼ teaspoon lemon rind*

Optional Add-Ins: Raw cacao powder, Dandy Blend, other herbal coffee substitute or 4-5 coffee beans for flavour, Vanilla extract, Scoop of protein powder of choice, 1-2 pitted dates (use less maple syrup if using)
